I thought this was a good picture to show you Connor and Andrew (his cousin) and their loving relationship. Andrew loves to give Connor hugs. Unfortunately, Andrew's hugs mean "tackle football." Connor has learned this and now closes his eyes and braces himself for the attack. Andrew has also tried to shut Connor in the cupboard (on purpose), push him down, and shove him against walls. Luckily Connor is a good sport! Hopefully they will love eachother more in the coming years!

The weather has been so great lately! We have been able to take Connor out a lot. He loves to play with balls and golf clubs in the backyard. He also loves running through the sprinkler ( I was shocked). But his favorite thing of all...FLOWERS! He says and points to "flowers" all the time...but only a few of us really understand what he is saying.

David's birthday was this month. He turned 26! Holy Moly! I used to think 26 was old...what was I thinking! He had a great birthday ( I thought). He got new shoes and a 5lb bag of his favorite candy from me, a very nice car seat from my parents (David asked for it!), and a shirt and tie from his parents. I got up early and cooked him breakfast; pancakes, eggs, bacon, and a cinnamon roll (I did not cook it...well, does the microwave count?) with a candle in it. I was also able to cook dinner (w/ leftovers!). I was very proud of myself, because like my mom, I do not cook! I love you David!

a car seat!? for David or Connor? Also- what kind of candy did he get? I'm just curious to know what he could eat 5 lbs of!
Happy Birthday David. Five years post mission...you are an old man! Good job on making him breakfast Linds. Fins would have been so much easier so I'm impressed that you cooked. I keep asking my David when he's going to learn to cook like all of the men in your family. No such luck yet.
